Innovative Counseling Strategies Speaker Kip “Mr. J” Jones has earned accolades for his character education programs — utilizing rap and what he calls “biblio-rhymology.” Jones reaches right-brained students with important guidance lessons using music and movement to open up neurological pathways related to numbers, patterns and spatial awareness.
